Everybody thinks that it is so funny and everyone loves it, I will give you a couple names from the video… (The Player Formerly Known As Mousecop,) T.J A.J R.J Backslashinfourth V, Xmus Jaxon Flaxon Waxon, Swirvithan L’Goodling-Splatt,T’Variusness King, Saggitariutt Jefferspin, Donkey Teeth, Javaris Jamar Javarison-Lamar, and Torque (Construction Noise) Lewith. These are the names of some of the “players” in the East West Bowl by Key and Peele.

Joe Flacco

By: Dominic Cipriano, Joe Flacco from University of Delaware is in Super Bowl 47. His road to the Super Bowl started against the Colts when they won and proceeded to the Broncos. Against the Broncos and Patriots, they were both upsets where the Ravens won. Therefore, they are now in the Super Bowl. He was drafted by the Ravens as the 18th overall pick and he has been playing with the Ravens ever since 2008. For the first time in his career he is at the Super Bowl in New Orleans. He has absolutely done U of D, the Ravens, and fans everywhere, proud.

Chip Kelly Hired As New Eagles Head Coach

As you all know now, Chip Kelly has been hired as the Philadelphia Eagles head coach on January 16, 2013, just two weeks after Andy Reid was fired from that job. Reid lead the Eagles to a 3-1 start but then finished a disappointing 4-12. It was a terrible season for the Eagles. As the offseason is approaching for all 32 teams, several teams that did not make the playoffs are searching for a new head coach. The San Diego Chargers fired Norv Turner and hired the Eagles number one choice for a coach, Denver Broncos former offensive coordinator, Mike McCoy. He worked with Tim Tebow and the Birds thought he could work with Nick Foles and Trent Edwards to make them good quarterbacks like he made Tebow. The Birds wanted him, but they got their second choice, Chip Kelly. Chip was born on November 25, 1963. He coached at Oregon for four years. During that span he had four BCS bowl game appearances and three Pac-12 championships. Oregon defeated #5 ranked Kansas State in the 2013 Fiesta Bowl. Chip was a great legend at Oregon and it was his dream to become an NFL coach.

Broncos-Ravens

By:Dominic Cipriano.On Saturday January 12 the Broncos hosted the Ravens in an epic battle against two champions, Ray Lewis, and Peyton Manning. The game started off with a 90 yard TD punt return by Holiday #11. Then Joe Flacco responded with a 60 yard touchdown through to Smith for a tie game. 42 seconds later P.Manning threw a pick six which gave the Ravens a lead. The Broncos have never been trailing since week thirteen against the Buccaneers. At the end of the half the game was tied 21-21. When the second half started Holiday returned a kickoff for 100+ yards for a touchdown. Then Joe Flacco bobbled a snap and when it hit the ground the ball was kicked and the Broncos recovered it. Then Peyton Manning fumbled the ball which gave R. Rice the opportunity to run the ball inside of the five yard line. Hen he ran in for a 1 yd touchdown. With this the score was 28-28. Then during an enduring drive Thomas #88 on the Broncos got a touchdown making it 35-28. Then after two big plays to Anton Boldin the Ravens had fantastic field position at the 36 yd line. Then when the Ravens went for it on 4th and 5 they came up short with an incomplete pass and turned it over to the Broncos. At the two minute warning the score was 28-35, Broncos. Then when you think that the broncos would throw the ball, they run it and punt it back to the ravens with a minute and nine seconds left. Then with 31 seconds left Flacco throws to jones #12 for a 50+yd touchdown catch. With that the game is ties again! With 31 seconds left the Broncos take it back over and knee it to go into overtime. The Ravens select heads for the coin toss and they won. After Joe Flacco got sacked at the fifty yard line, the Broncos got the ball back on the 15 yard line. At the end the team that came out on top were the Ravens in second over time. The final score was 38-35.

Tim Tebow

By: Dominic Cipriano There have been many different things said about Tim Tebow and where he is going, but know rumors used to say that he was going to go with Jacksonville and come home were he used to live. But know rumors are saying that he might land in Chicago. After the Bears fired head coach Lovie Smith it seems like that they are going to start from scratch.

Ray Lewis Retiring

By: Dominic Cipriano This season Ray Lewis announced that he was retiring after this season. Last Sunday he played against the Colts in a playoff game. He almost had an easy interception, but he bobbled it in his arms and dropped it. That game against the Colts was the last game that he would play at home. This weekend he will play against the Broncos in another playoff game. Over his career he has went to multiple pro bowls, was a Super Bowl MVP, and was Defensive Player of The Year twice. Over all he has had a fantastic career.

NFL Playoffs

So now we are in the NFL Playoffs and we already know that the Seattle Seahawks beat the Washington Redskins when RG3 got injured so he couldn’t play for the rest of the game. The Seahawks won 24-14. Also the Green Bay Packers beat the Minnesota Vikings 24-10. The Green Bay D held Adrian Peterson, “AD” (stands for “All Day”, a nickname given by Peterson’s father) to 99 yards in the game. Christian Ponder didn’t play in the game because he had a bruised arm. Now to the AFC, the Houston Texans played the Cincinnati Bengals and won 19-13 and now they are going to play the New England Patriots. In the most emotional playoff game yet Ray Lewis returned to the field after stating that he was going to retire after the end of the season. The Ravens beat the Indianapolis Colts 24-9 and Ray Lewis was second on the team with 9 tackles. So the schedule for next week in the Divisional Round, in the AFC the Baltimore Ravens play the Denver Broncos who demolished the Ravens a couple weeks ago but the Ravens didn’t have Ray Lewis. The Denver Broncos are on an 11 game winning streak. The New England Patriots play the Houston Texans who were crushed by the Patriots a couple weeks ago on Monday Night. In the NFC Seattle plays Atlanta, the best record in the league v.s a team who is on fire. The other game in the NFC is the Green Bay Packers v.s the San Francisco 49ers, just two very good teams facing off. So who do you think will win? Who will win the Conference Round? Who will play in the Super Bowl and who will win? I think that the Seattle Seahawks will beat the Green Bay Packers in the Conference Round and the New England Patriots will beat the Denver Broncos in the Conference Round and my pick in the Super Bowl will be the Seahawks with rookie Russell Wilson beating the New England Patriots.

The NFL(NFC East)

Week 10 of the NFC the New York Giants are leading the NFC with a record of 6-4, with the Eagles trailing behind with a 3-6record. The Cowboys also have a 4-5record, and then theres the Redskins with a 3-6 record. The Eagles have a very easy schedule coming up in the next five games. They have Washington, Carolina, Dallas, Tampa Bay, and Cincinnati Bengals. So if they could come out with a couple wins in those game they could get back up in the race. The Eagles will have to get back into the race without Michael Vick. And that is whats going on in the NFC East.
